摘要
针对欠压实、胶结疏松油藏尤其是稠油油藏的特点 ,并综合考虑经济等因素 ,提出不等密度布缝的割缝筛管完井新概念并研制出新型割缝筛管 ,解决了稠油开采中的油井出砂问题。这种筛管防砂效果好 ,不阻隔油气流 ,耐腐蚀 ,不易形成砂堵 ,使用寿命长 ,制造容易 ,很容易实现不等缝眼密度和不等缝宽布缝 ,便于实施不等密度布缝和缝宽完井。与未割缝套管相比 ,新型割缝筛管的抗拉、压强度和抗扭强度减小不多 ,可以满足完井作业和井下工况的需要。
In the light of the characteristics of undercompacted and unconsolidated reservoir, especially the heavy oilreservoif, new concept of well completion with slotted liner of uneven density is put forward, and a new slottedliner is developed. The new liner has the characteristics of good anti-sand effect and corrosion resistance and long service life, in addition, it is easy to manufacture, and the slots can be arranged unevenly with unequal width during manufacturing. Compared with that of the unslotted casing, the tensile strength, compression strength andtorsional strength of the slotted liner are lowered to a little degree, therefore it is safe enough to be used for the complehon of sandy wells.
