摘要
制备了喹啉 -磷钼酸盐催化剂 ,并用于邻苯二酚和叔丁醇烷基化反应合成 4-叔丁基邻苯二酚。探讨了酸度、喹啉含量对催化剂性能的影响 ,对催化剂的组成和结构进行了表征 ,并优化了反应工艺条件 ,在酚 /醇摩尔比 1/ 2 ,反应温度 130℃下 ,邻苯二酚转化率 79 5 % ,目标产物 4-叔丁基邻苯二酚的选择性 87 8% ,并将磷钼酸盐同其它催化剂进行了比较。结果表明 ,磷钼酸盐催化剂对于合成 4-叔丁基邻苯二酚具有良好的催化性能。
Quinoline-phosphato-molybdate catalysts were prepared.The alkylation of catechol with tert-butyl alcohol over the phosphato-molybdate catalyst was studied.The influence of the content of sulfuric acid and quinoline on alkylation properties of phosphato-molybdate catalyst was investigated,and the composition and structure of the catalyst were characterized by ICP and IR.The optimum conditions of reaction were obtained.The results show that when catechol/tert-butyl alcohol(mol ratio) is 1/2,and the reaction temperature is 130℃,the catechol conversion is 79.5%,and the selectivity of 4-tert-butylcatechol reaches 87.8%.The results indicate that the phosphato-molybdate has the best catalytic performance.
