摘要
在50~650℃的温度区间内进行了冶金粉尘在不同反应气氛条件下的硫化穿透实验,结果表明,反应温度与反应气氛对冶金粉尘脱硫有较大的影响.大于350℃时,不管在何种反应气氛下,冶金粉尘脱硫能力在中等或中等偏上;在大于500℃时,冶金粉尘有很好的反应活性,其硫容量接近或达到相应气氛下的理论计算值;冶金粉尘在中性与还原性气氛下的脱硫能力比其在氧化性气氛下的脱硫能力强;冶金粉尘是干法脱硫工艺中很有发展前景的脱硫剂.
Desulfurization experiment of metallurgical dust has been done under conditions of different reaction atmosphere with temperature range of 50-650°C. The results show that temperature and atmosphere of the reaction have great effect on the desulfurization of metallurgical dust. Under any reaction atmosphere with temperature less than or equal 350°C, the desulfurization ability is medium or more; the metallurgical dust has very high reaction activity at temperature >500°C and its sulfur capacity approaches or reaches theoretical calculation value; under neutral or reducing atmosphere, its desulfurization ability is higher than that under oxidizing atmosphere; and the metallurgical dust is a desulfurizer which prospects is very well in dry desulfurization technique.
