摘要
2%阿维菌素乳油按木材体积为 4 0 0和 60 0 m L/ m3(60~ 90 m L/株 )的剂量 ,注入树干防治黑松 Pinus thunbergii和马尾松 P.masssoniana上的松材线虫 Bursaphelenchusxylophilus,持效期可达两年 ,第一年的防治效果为 10 0 % ,第二年为 88%。通过取样检查线虫在树体内的分布证实 ,松线光可扩散到树的顶部。大剂量用药 (2 10 m L /株 )对黑松生长无影响 。
A long term residual efficacy for B.xylophilus control could be achieved at least 2 years after application of abamectin by trunk injection at 60~90 mL/plant on Pinus thunbergii and P. masssoniana. After treatment, residual effect of abamectin was 100% in first year and 88% in the second year. Abamectin, injected into the black pine, was translocated to top of the tree by inspecting the distribution of nematodes in the treated wood. High application rate(210 mL/plant)of 2% abamectin EC, do not induce phytotoxicity symptom to black pine growth. The antibiotic applied by trunk injection was a safer alternative for nematodes control and no harm to the environment and human beings.
