摘要 采用厌氧酸化—SBR法处理甲醛废水。在反应期厌氧段 ,采用中高温生物催化酸化 ,对季戊四醇、甲醛废水进行初级降解 (将复杂分子转化为简单分子 ) ;在反应好氧段 ,进一步降解上一阶段的水解产物 ,运行结果表明 ,BOD5负荷 0 .0 4~ 0 .0 8kg/ (kgMLSS·d) ,甲醛负荷 0 .0 11~ 0 .0 2 2kg/ (kgMLSS·d) ,当反应期厌氧段为 2 0h ,好氧段为 11h时 ,甲醛去除率可以达到 98% ,CODCr去除率 90 SBR process (the combination of anaerobic phase with aerobic phase) is used to treat formaldehyde wastewater. In anaerobic phase,C 5H 8(OH) 4 and formaldehyde wastewater are degraded primarily by middle high temperature biological catalytic acidification,and the hydrolysate of the above phase is further degraded in aerobic phase. The results show that the removal rate of formaldehyde can be 98% and the removal rate of COD Cr is more than 90%. BOD 5 load rang is from 0.04 to 0.08 kg/(kgMLSS·d),formaldehyde load rang is from 0.011 to 0.022 kg/(kg MLSS·d),anaerobic reaction time is 16 hours and aerobic reaction time is 11 hours.
