摘要
在分析发展中国家制造业概况的基础上 ,针对发展中国家制造业的特点 ,论述了发展中国家制造业技术创新活动中所涉及到的技术预测、评价和选择、研究与开发、生产与营销、技术转移与技术贸易、知识产权保护及纠纷处理以及在 WTO规则下的不利影响因素等。提出了基于 WTO规则的发展中国家制造业技术创新发展的若干对策。
On the basis of analyzing the general situation of the manufacturing industry in developing countries, in accordance with the features of manufacturing industry in developing countries, this paper discusses the contents and characteristics of some links involved in the technological innovation activities in manufacturing industry in developing countries, such as technological forecast, evaluation and selection, research and development, production and marketing, technological transfer and technological trade, protection of intellectual property right and dispute settlement, etc.,and unfavorable affecting factors under the rules of WTO as well. Then,a certain number of strategies are present for the development of technological innovation in manufacturing industry in developing country.
