摘要
综述了近年来微波技术在陶瓷烧结领域的一些最新研究进展,包括微波加热烧结、微波等离子烧结和微波等离子分步烧结。
Microwave sintering of ceramics has advantages over convention sintering process, such as savings in energy and processing time, volumetric and rapid heating, lower densification, uniform microstructure of sintered ceramics, excellent materials performance et a!. . Some of the sintering methods including microwave heating sintering, microwave plasma sintering and step sintering which combines microwave heating and microwave plasma heating are reviewed ing the paper.
