摘要
回料装置风帽的流通量直接影响锅炉循环量并制约着循环流化床锅炉的燃料效率和负荷的高低 ,而回料装置风帽孔径的大小及数量直接影响着回料风的流通量 ;在每只风帽上增开了 12个Φ3mm的小孔后 ,回料风量从 2 4 0m3 /h增加到了 345m3 /h ,锅炉热效率达到了 89% ,锅炉的负荷也达到了满负荷
The circulation,fuel efficiency and charge of circulating fluid bed boiler were influenced by the flow rate of airm distribution button for feedback unit.After the air distribution button was modified by opening additional 12 pores with diameter of 3mm,the rate of air flow for feedback unit was increased from 240m 3/h to 345m 3/h,the thermal efficiency for the boiler and charge reached 89¨ respectively.
