摘要
沈阳高凝油田开发进入中高含水期后原油含水率较高 ,其主要开采方式空心杆热线投资大 ,耗电量大 ,生产成本高 ,且生产过程中事故率高 ,作业周期短。针对这一问题 ,采用高凝油化学采油技术 ,使原油在井下乳化、分散 ,同时改变油管内壁的润湿性 ,使高凝油以冷抽的方式采出。 2 0 0 0年度在沈阳采油厂各高凝油区块累计实施高凝油化学采油技术 164口井 ,取得了较好的经济效益 ,基本上实现了中、高含水期高凝油冷采的目的。
Shenyang high pour point oilfield has entered into the middle high water production period with higher watercut. Hollow rod is main recovery method which features high cost, high electricity consumption, high accident frequency and short operation period during this time. To solve this problem, chemical recovery technique has been applied to have oil emulsified and dispersed in the well, change wettability of tube inner wall and have high pour point oil produced by cold pumping. In 2000, 164 wells in Shenyang Oil Production Factory have adopted this technology with good economic return and realized the purpose of cold recovery of high pour point oil during middle and high watercut period.
