摘要
为探讨维生素C、E对缓解蛋鸡热应激的作用 ,本试验选择33周龄海兰褐健康蛋鸡120只 ,随机分为3组。A组为对照组 ,B、C组分别添加不同水平的维生素E和维生素C ,试验期平均舍温30℃。观察维生素C、E对蛋鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶、碱性磷酸酶以及全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和红细胞渗透脆性的影响。实验结果表明 :(1)热应激导致蛋鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶、全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低 ,碱性磷酸酶活性和红细胞渗透脆性升高。(2)添加维生素C、E可抑制蛋鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶、全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低(P<0.05) ,以及血清中碱性磷酸酶活性(P<0.05)和红细胞渗透脆性的升高。这表明维生素C、E对缓解蛋鸡热应激损伤具有一定的作用。
To clarify the role of vitamin C and E in synergism protection from body damage in layers exposed to heat stress,120 33-week-old Hyline layers were randomly divided into three groups.Group A was the group for contrast.Group B and C were added different levels of vitamin C and E respectively.In the period of the experiment the mean room temperature was 30℃.The influence of vitamin C and E on the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and alkaline phosphatase in the serum and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and osmotic fragility in blood were investigated.The experiment results showed:(1)Heat stress caused the reduction of the activeness of SOD,GSH-Px and the increasing of the activeness of alkaline phosphatase and osmotic fragility.(2)The descent of the activeness of SOD(P<0.05),GSH-Px(P<0.05) and the increasing of the activeness of alkaline phosphatase(P<0.05) and osmotic fragility were improved by adding of vitamin C and E.It had the remarkble role on control the damage under heat stress by adding vitamin C and E.
