摘要 通过对 TBM刀圈新材质 DQ5 0钢的研究 ,总结出 DQ5 0钢满足硬度和耐磨性要求的最佳热处理工艺 ,讨论了对 DQ5 0钢刀圈硬度和耐磨性产生影响的各种因素 ,并采用最佳热处理工艺参数进行了产品试制 ,硬度达到了 HRC5 7以上 ,并进行了现场试验 ,经试验硬度、韧性及耐磨性达到了 WIRTH公司的水平 ,可以替代 Based on researching for the new material DQ50 steel used for TBM cutter rings, the optimum heat treatment process of DQ50 steel has been summarized so as to meet the requirements of hardness and wearability. The influence factors on hardness and wearability of DQ50 steel cutter rings have been discussed. With the optimum heat treatment process parameters, the trial manufacture of products has been made. Hardness of products reach to over HRC57. Test results shows that its hardness, toughness and wearability reach to the level of WIRTH company, and the lot production of TBM cutter rings may be made so as to replace the cutter rings from WIRTH company.
