摘要
研究了煤燃烧过程中NOx的形成机理,介绍了煤燃烧生成NOx的一般控制方法及空气分级燃烧脱硝原理。通过现场改造进行试验研究,考察了采用空气分级燃烧技术降低燃煤锅炉NOx排放的实际效果及其影响因素。
The mechanism of NOx formation in coal burning, the common NOx emission control methods and the principle of air staged combustion are analyzed. Technical reformation in a plant is conducted for experimental research, and actual effects to reduce NOx emission for coal-fired boiler adopting air staged combustion technology and influence factors are found by experiment.
