线缆行业中挤塑机的挤出理论均采用塑料加工行业的挤出理论 ,完全没有考虑内包线芯的拖曳作用对挤出量的影响 ,在高速挤出机上将会带来较大的误差。本文仅对高速挤出机 (带机头 )
Plastic extrusion of wire & cable uses the same principle as for lastic processing without condidering the effect of the pulling by the wire on the extrusion rate. With high speed extruders, this effect will give rise to remarkable errors. This article presents some theoretic analysis on the production capacity and composite work points of high speed extruders (with cross head).
