摘要
目的:探讨双波长系数倍率法的改进方法。方法:以标准品对照直接求算混合物中各组分的浓度。从数学推导角度阐述了改进方法的原理,并将此法应用到复方苯巴比妥散的测定。结果:模拟样品的测定有较好准确度和精密度。结论:所提出的改进方法适用于干扰组分有单独吸收峰的双组分混合物的紫外测定。
Objective:To explore an improvement method for dual-wavelength K-ratior spectrophotometry. Methods: The component concentrations of mixture were determined directly with reference material comparation. The princeple of the improvement method was explained from mathematical view.The improvement method was applied to the determination of compound powder of phenobarbital. Results: Better accuracy and precision were obtained form the determination of simulation sample. Conclusion: The improvement method is suitable for the ultraviolet determination of two component mixture in which the interference component possess an undisturbed absorption peak.
