摘要
在用提拉法 (Czochralski)生长钽酸锂 (LiTaO3 )、铌酸锂 (LiNbO3 )单晶的实践中 ,通过对上“浮秤”模拟体的优化设计 。
In this paper,the autocontrol of the stage of extending shoulder in growing lithium tantalate (LiTaO 3) crystal and lithium niobate (LiNbO 3) crystal by using Czochralski method has been investigated.Simulacrum of the top floating steelyard has been made by optiming design,and the autocontrol of the stage of extending shoulder is achieved.
