摘要
数字图书馆是知识经济的重要载体 ,具有保存数字信息、开展社会教育、开发信息资源、提供信息服务等四大职能 ;完善职能体系 ,充分发挥职能作用 ,使数字图书馆成为信息资源宝库、终身教育课堂、信息加工中心、信息传播中枢。
As an important bearer of information economy, digital library has four main functions, namely, preserving digital information, developing social education , exploiting information resources and providing information services. To further improve the system, fully develop its function and to make digital library an information treasury, life-time classroom, information processing as well as transmitting centre will exert great effects upon our economic development.
