摘要
采用He -Ne激光和CO2 激光辐照洋葱两个品种的种子 ,采用随机区组设计 ,重复 3次 ,利用生物统计与遗传育种相结合的方法 ,从个体水平上考查激光对洋葱的诱变效应。结果表明 :在出苗率、苗高、苗重、叶数、须根长、须根数、须根重、鳞茎横径、纵径及鲜重等性状表现出不同处理的诱变差异 ,激光种类不同引起须根长的变异达到 5 %的显著差异 ,剂量不同引起须根数变异显著 ,苗高、苗重的变异达极显著 ,品种不同 ,苗重的变异显著 ,鳞茎横径。
The seeds of two onion varieties were irradiated with He-Ne laser and CO 2 laser at 3 different dosage levels to study their mutation induction. Various variations were induced in seedling emergence rate, plant height, plant weight, leaf number, length, number and weight of adventitious roots, and horizontal and vertical diameter and fresh weight of the bulb. Significant differenced were observed between different laser sources in the length of adventitious roots, between different dosages in adventitious root number, plant height and plant weight, and between varieties in plant weight, horizontal diameter and fresh weight of the bulb.
