摘要
畸形胚状体和超度含水态苗是组织培养中常见的 2种形态、生理异常现象 ,由于其难以发育成苗或很难移栽成活而严重影响组织培养的成功率。概述了这 2种畸形现象的形态特征及防止方法等 。
Abnormal embryoids and hyperhydric shoots,which have deformed morphological appearance and disordered phiysiological function,are two types of abnormal phenomenon occured frequently in plant tissue culture.Because they can not developinto normal plantlets or hardly survive when transferred from in vitro to greenhouse conditions,they are serious problems which limits the success rate of plant tissue culture.This paper summarized the morphological characteristics,the techniques for the control of them and so on.The problems which exised and should further investigate in these study fields were discussed.
