摘要 目的 建立血浆中阿克他利 (Actarit,Acta)的高效液相色谱检测法 (HPLC)。方法 采用高效液相色谱联用紫外检测器 ,检测血浆中Acta。结果 血浆中Acta最低检测浓度 0 0 98μg·ml-1,检测限 4 9ng ,Acta在 0 0 98~ 12 5 μg·ml-1之间呈线性关系 ,回归方程Y =32 315 5x - 10 0 9(r=0 9994,P <0 0 5 ) ,回收率在 85 5 %~ 91 3 % ,日间、日内变异系数均在 10 %以下 ,符合生物样品分析要求。结论 本试验建立血浆中Acta的HPLC检测法 。 AIM To stablish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for detection of actarit in plasma. METHODS High performance liquid chromatographic with ultraviolet detection was used. RESULTS Under the condition of the test, actarit in plasma was well separated, and didnt have the obvious interactive peak. The result of detection can represent concentration of primary drug. In linear range 0 098~12 5 μg·ml -1 there was a regressive equation Y=32315 5x-100 9( r=0 9994,P <0 05). The lowest concentration was 0 098 μg·ml -1 , and the lowest limit of detection was 4 9 ng. The recovery of the method was 86 7%±3 36%~90 7±1 06%; intra day, inter day RSD were under 7 2%. CONCLUSION All of those satisfied analytical requirment of biological preparation.
