摘要
为探讨军队医院合同护士的使用与管理 ,本文阐述了建立健全招聘机制 ,完善招聘工作程序 ;实行半军事化管理 ,强化自律自控意识 ;加强岗位培训 ,提高业务水平 ;创造拴心留人环境 ,稳定合同护士队伍。
To inquire into the using and management of the contract nurses in the military hospital, it is expounded in this article that building up and strengthening the mechanism of inviting applications for a job, perfecting working process of inviting applications for a job; carrying out the half militarization management, consolidating the self discipline and the self controlling consciousness; strengthening the training on duty, improving professional skill; creating the environment of 'tie heart and stay personal', stabilizing the contract nurses troops. The experience should be provided for the using and the management of the contract nurses in the military hospital.
