摘要 本文研究了皮革混合鞣液中铬、锆、铝的连续络合滴定方法。利用Cr^(3+)、Zr^(4+)、Al^(3+)与EDTA以及氟化铵络合稳定性的差异,用二甲酚橙作指示剂,先用EDTA滴定出锆的含量。接着加入过量EDTA,调整pH值,使Cr^(3+)、Al^(3+)与EDTA完全络合,用乙酸锌返滴过量的EDTA,然后用氟化铵置换出与Al^(3+)、Zr^(4+)络合的EDTA,并用乙酸锌滴定之。整个过程可连续进行,终点颜色变化敏锐而明显,结果可靠,操作方便,便于掌握,尤其适用于生产过程的控制。 A complcx titration method for the determination ofchrom, zirconium and aluminium in compound Lcathcr-tanning liquoir is presented in this paper, Based on the stabilities among chrome, Zirconium and aluminium with EDTA or ammonium fluoride, firstly the amount of Zirconium is titrated by EDTA; secondly add excessive EDTA, adjust pH, Chrome and aluminium will be completly complexed by the EDTA, Then the left EDTA is titratcd by zinc acetate; at last EDTA, which has eomplexed with zirconium and aluminium, is replaced by ammonium fluoride, Then the EDTA is titrated by zinc acetate. The process may be done in succession. This titration mathod is simple, its result is retiable and it is easy to master procession.
