摘要
目的 :研究蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后脑脊液血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)的变化及临床意义。方法 :检测 47例蛛网膜下腔出血患者脑脊液ACE活性 ,并与 30例健康对照者相比较 ,同时通过经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)观察病人的脑血管平均血流速度。结果 :与对照组相比较 ,病人组脑脊液ACE活性显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,同期TCD检查病人组脑血管亦有不同程度痉挛 ,且发病后 4~ 7天较 1~ 3天有所加重。结论 :ACE参与SAH后脑血管痉挛 (CVS)的发生、发展 ,结合TCD检测结果 ,有助于CVS的早期诊断。
Objective:To study the changes of angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) activity in cerebrospinal fluid after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) Methods:Cerebrospinal fluid activity of ACE in 47 cases of SAH were measured and their cerebral blood flow velocities were monitored by transcranial Dopple ultrasonography(TCD),and compared with the 30 healthy persons Results:Compared with the healthy group,cerebrospinal fluid activity of ACE in the patient group increased obviously(P<0 01) Cerebral vasospasm(CVS) were also seen by TCD examination in patient group,and CVS in subacute phase(4~7day) was more obvious than that in acute phase(1~3day) Conclusions:ACE participate in occurrence and development of CVS after SAH Combined with results of TCD,it was conducive to diagnose CVS early \;
