摘要
从治则治法、病证特点、组方用药三个方面 ,对近二十年来有关仲景健脾法 (方药 )的文献作了分析、归纳 ,明确了仲景重视脾胃的治疗思想及其常用的健脾方法和方剂。同时也看到目前该领域的研究偏重于治则治法的理论探讨和一般归纳 ,而对运用规律的研究还不够深入和全面 ,影响了研究成果的实用价值。
From the three aspects of the therapeutic principles and therapeutic methods, diseases and patterns, and composition of formulas and application of the herbal drugs, the authors have analyzed and summarized the resarching literching on Zhang Zhong-jing's spleen-strengthening methods (formulas and herbal drugs) in the recent twenty years, explicit the therapeutic thoughts to stress the spleen and stomach and commonly used spleen-strengthening methods and formulas and also have noticed the biased emphasis on exploration of the theories in the therapeutic principles and methods and general summarization in the current study in this field,instead of profound and comprehensive study on the application rule,which influences the practical value of the achievements obtained from the study.
