摘要
从企业管理者观念、企业常规管理、企业专项管理、政府专项管理 4个角度分析企业信息化中存在的普遍性问题并探讨相应的对策和措施 ,指出在市场经济条件下 ,企业的生产力包括生产能力和销售能力两部分。通过分析企业信息化对管理的作用 ,指出管理因素是决定中国企业信息化建设成败的根本因素。
From the four perspectives of the concepts of enterprise administrative supervisors, the routine management of enterprises, the special management of enterprises and the special management of government, this paper analyses the general existing problems in the informatization of enterprises and discusses corresponding countermeasures and measures. It points out that under market economy, the productivity of enterprises includes productive capability and marketing capability. By analyzing the effects of the informatization of enterprises on management, this paper points out that management factors are the essential factors that decide the construction of enterprise informatization.
