摘要
用红外光谱分析( FTIR)研究了钛酸酯偶联剂对碳酸钙填料的活化作用,探讨活化碳酸钙对填充PVC复合材料的力学性能和流变性能的影响.结果表明:碳酸钙经钛酸酯 偶联剂处理,改善了其在复合材料中的分散性、流变性能,冲击强度比未处理碳酸钙的冲 击强度提高了56%,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了复合材料断面形貌,揭示形态结 构与性能间的关系.
This paper studied the surface modification of light calcium carbonate (L-CaCO3) with titanate coupling agents by FTIR. The effects of activated L-CaCO3 on rhelogical behavior and mechanical properties of PVC composites were discussed. The results showed that the dispersion of L-CaCO3 in PVC and the rhelogical behavior of composites were improved by adding the coupling agent of titanate. The charpy impact strength of the L-CaCO3-filled PVC composite treated with NDZ 101 was increased by 56%, which Was demonstrated by examining the broken surface of specimen with SEM. The relationship between the morphology and properties established was useful for industrial producting.
