摘要
室内外试验表明 ,植物保护剂保卫德 (BIOACT- T35 )对小菜蛾种群具有较好的控制效应 ,其显著的控制机理主要表现在对成虫产卵的忌避作用和对幼虫的拒食作用。保卫德 10 .0 0 ml/L处理对成虫的忌避率为81.4 3% ,对幼虫的选择和非选择性拒食率分别为 96 .32 %和 93.17% ,小菜蛾种群趋势指数 I值由对照的18.2 84 0降为 1.94 92 ,干扰作用控制指数为 0 .10 6
Effect of plant protector BIOACT T35 dosages on population dynamics of the diamondback moth (DBM), Plutella xylostella L. was investigated in both laboratory and field. The results showed that the control mechanism of BIOACT T35 to DBM was its significantly deterrent and antifeedant effect. When 10.00 ml/L of BIOACT T35 was applied, 81.4% of the adults of DBM was kept away from the host plant, and the selective and no selective antifeedant effect on the larva of DBM were 96.32% and 93.17% respectively. The index of population trend (I value) of DBM decreased to 1.9492 from 18.2840 in the control. The index of population control (IPC) was 0.1066.
