摘要
目的介绍光动力疗法辅助手术治疗功能区脑胶质瘤的方法和疗效。方法1999年7月至2000年6月收治的脑胶质瘤病人中,有10例给予光动力辅助手术治疗。术中暴露肿瘤的同时静脉推注光敏剂,显微镜下切除肿瘤后,应用LH400型激光动力治疗仪对肿瘤残腔进行光动力照射,以杀伤残存肿瘤细胞。术后避光3d,随访其术后效果。结果术后近期临床效果满意,无皮肤光毒反应;随访至今全部病例临床症状改善,未见肿瘤复发。结论激光光动力疗法是一种有效的脑胶质瘤辅助治疗方法,它与手术结合综合治疗功能区脑胶质瘤,有利于减轻脑损伤,减少功能缺失,提高病人生存质量和疗效。
Objective To report the technique and effect of treating patient with glioma at the functional area of the brain by combination of photodynamic therapy and operation.Method10patients was given the Hematoporphyrin Monomethyl Ether during the operation.At the same time of exposing the tumor the photosensitizer was injected into the vein of the patients(5mg ?kg).The tumor's cavity was irradiated for killing these survival tumor cells using the LH400photodynamic therapeutical apparatus after resecting the tumor under the microscopy(200J?cm 2 ).The patients were carefully protected from the photosensitive reaction and followed up.Result The good postoperative effect of treatment was observed and there were no any skin phototoxic reaction.The follow-up study showed all patients have good or marked effect without recurrencyup to close date of investigation.Conclusion The laser photodynamic therapy is an effective assistant therapy for cerebral gliomas resection,which is helpful to improve the curative effect and the patient's life quality.
