摘要
“上海市生态环境评价系统”是以绿化三维量(简称“绿量”)的理论与测算方法为基础,以城市绿化与生态环境的定量关系为基本内核,开发出的一个实用计算机信息系统。为预测绿化规划实现后的生态环境质量和决策绿地建设方案,提供了一个理论基础可靠和易于操作的强有力工具。
The Shanghai eco-environ-mental estimating system is a practicalcomputer information system that is basedon the theory and measuring method of thethree-dimensional vegetation quantity andtakes the quantitative relationship betweenurban greenery and eco-environment as itscore. It provides a powerful tool with reli-able theoretical foundation and the prop-erty of easy to use for forecast of environ-mental quality in the time of that the plant-ing program is put into effective, and deci-sion of planting program.
