摘要
目的:反相高效液相色谱法测定振子药材及其制剂中栀子甙的含量。方法:采用C_(18)ODS柱,甲醇-水(30:70)为流动相,238nm为检测波长。结果:栀子甙浓度在 0.317～2.54μg.ml^(-1)范围内,呈良好的线性关系(γ=0.9999),平均回收率为98.27％,RSD为1.96％(n=5)。结论:本 法简便,快速,专属性强。
Objective: A method is reported for determination of Geniposide in Gardenia jasminodes Ellis and its preparation by HPLC. Methods: Using C18ODS as a stationary phase,methanol -water(30 : 70)as mobitphase and detection wavelength at 238nm. Results: The linear range of geniposide concentration was 0. 317 - 2. 54μg. ml-1and correlation coefficient was 0. 9999. The average recovery of sample was 98.27% and RSD was 1. 96%(n = 5). Conclusions: The method was simple and convenient,accurate with a good reproducibility.
