摘要
目的 :高效液相色谱法测定药物中有机碘含量。方法 :氧瓶燃烧后 ,采用高效液相色谱法 ,Shim- packCL C- NH2 柱 ,1%磷酸二氢钾 (p H=4)溶液—甲醇 (80∶ 2 0 )为流动相 ,流速为 0 .7m l/ min,2 2 0 nm波长检测。结果 :测定盐酸胺碘酮、泛影酸与安妥碘中有机碘的含量 ,重现性好 ,盐酸胺碘酮的变异系数为 1.12 % (n =6 )。结论
Objective: To determine the content of organic iodine in drugs by HPLC. Methods: A HPLC method with Shim-pack CLC-NH 2 column was used for the measurement of organic iodine. The mobile Phase was 1% dihydropotassium phosphoric (pH=4)-methanol 80∶20, the flow rate 0.7ml/min and the wavelength 220nm. Results: The method for determination of organic iodine in Amiodarone hydrochloride, Amidotrizoic acid and Entoiodine had a good reproducibility and the RSD was 1.12%. Conclusion: The Oxygen flask and HPLC method can be used for the determination of organic iodine in the drugs.
