摘要
说明了斜槽式永磁电机磁场的分段计算法。利用有限元分段计算法,对电枢斜槽结构的电动车用轮毅式永磁无刷直流电动机的空载和负载磁场进行了计算,并由此算出电动机的反电动势随转子位置角的变化波形和反电势系数曲线;对直槽和斜槽式结构的气隙磁密分布、反电势波形和反电势系数作了比较和分析。接着,用磁链法和能量法分别计算了电动机的自感和互感系数,计算结果与实测值对比,说明计算具有较高的精度。
D finite element analysis is used to compute the field in a PMBLDCM. The field of a skewed slot motor is solved by a subsection method; the counter EMF and the EMF coefficient are calculated and compared with straight slot. Then the self and mutual inductances are calculated by flux linkage and energy methods. The computed results are verified by the tested values.
