摘要
提出了通过开路试验和短路试验确定倍频变压器等值漏感抗的方法 ,为倍频变压器等值参数的仿真计算提供了验证的基础。试验结果表明 ,根据等值内阻抗确定的匹配负载电阻 ,可得到最大输出功率。采用变截面铁心结构 ,可提高三倍频变压器的效率和热稳定性。研制的日字形三倍频变压器输出功率 6kW ,效率已达 92 .5 %。
This paper presents a method to determine the equivalent leakage inductive reactance of a frequency multipling transformer with open-cycle and short-circuit tests. It offers a verified basis on calculation of equivalent parameters of a frequency multipling transformer. The testing results indicate that the maximum output power can be obtained when the matching load impedance is determined with inner equivalent impedance. When the core of the frequency tripling transformer is variable section, its efficiency and thermal stability increase. The output capacity and efficiency of the manufactured frequency tripling transformer are 6kW and 92.5% respectively.
