摘要
目的 研究尼莫地平对糖尿病脑卒中患者高血压的治疗作用。 2方法 动态观察尼莫地平和依那普利治疗糖尿病脑卒中患者血压变化 ,临床症状改善 (积分 )情况。 3结果 与依那普利相比 ,尼莫地平降低血压 ,尤其是舒张压作用显著 ( P<0 .0 2 5 ) ;降低收缩压 ,依那普利作用显著 ( P<0 .0 1) ;两组临床症状改善差异不显著 ( P>0 .0 5 )。4结论 尼莫地平适用于舒张压偏高的脑卒中患者降压治疗 ;对并发糖尿病的脑卒中患者控制血压 。
In order to study the effects of nimoldipine in treating hypertension of patients suffering from stroke with diabetes.Method 96 patients were divided into two groups.In one group, the patients were given nimoldipine 30mg three times a day, the other group, the patients were administered enalapril 10mg every day.The change of blood pressure and improving in clinical symptom of patients were observed.Results It showed that there were significantly effects of nimoldipine on blood pressure, especially for DBP compared with enalepril(P<0.025).As to SBP,the effects of enalapril is more powerful than that of nimoldipine(P<0.01).There was not significantly different in improving of clinical symptom of patients between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It indicated that nimoldipine was applicable for the patients with high DBP;enalapril is first selectin for treating hypertension of patients suffering from stroke with diabetes.
