摘要
目的 为了解农村小学生对洗手与饮水行为的知、信、行状况 ,探求影响卫生行为形成的主要因素 ,制定相应的健康教育策略。方法 在开展农村改水项目工作的内蒙古、湖北、河北、江西和云南 5个省区对四年级学生通过访谈和答卷调查两种方式进行相关研究。结果 在一般调查方式下学生的正确行为发生频率比该行为实际发生频率要高。结论 虽然学生对洗手与饮水相关的卫生知识都有很高的认知水平 ,但还不足以使其行为发生明显的改变 ,这需要家庭学校双方协同在学生卫生知识转化为行为的过程中进行有效的干预。
Objective To understand the state of rural primary school pupils'knowledge,belief and action about the behaviour of washing hands and drinking water,to seek main factors that make hygienic behaviour not be acted,to fomulate the corresponding strategies of health education Methods We have the corresponding reserch among the students in the fourth grade in Inner Mongolia,Hubei,Hebei,Jiangxi and Yunnan,by visiting,talking and questionary survey,where the rural water supply and sanitation project has been launched Results The frequency of behaving correctly in common survey is higher than that in practice Conclusion Although students'hygienic knowledge is up to a high level,it is not enough to change their behaviour obviously It's necessary that school with parents intervene effectively during the course,in which transform hygienic knowledge into action
