摘要
设计了一种新型的开关稳压电源 ,采用晶闸管全控整流和IGBT逆变器 ,给出了基于TL4 94的控制电路和保护电路 ,具有调压范围宽、输出电流大、稳压精度高。
A new type switch stable voltage inverter is designed. The SCR is used to rectify,IGBT is used to inverter,The control and protect circuit based on TL494 is gived. The inverter has the advantage of regulate voltage range large,output current large,stable voltage accuracy high,control property excellent.
