摘要
根据流体动力润滑理论,建立冷挤压流体动力润滑模型,并将该模型引入有限变形弹塑性有限元中,对摩擦边界条件进行处理,得到冷挤压工艺中工件内部应力、应变的分布。
In this paper, the model of hydrodynamic lubrication in cold extrusion is established on the basis of hydrodynamic lubrication theory. Furthermore, this model is introduced into finite strain elastic - plastic finite element to deal with the boundary conditions of friction. At last, the distribution of stress and strain in the workpieces during cold extrusion is unveiled.
