环糊精是由葡萄糖环构成的锥筒状分子，在染色化学中具有增强色料的稳定性、改善色料产品的加工、使用性能，改善染料工业污水的治理方法及构筑可视型分子显色检测器等多种功用。
Cyclodextrins are a series of cyclic oligomers consisting of six, seven or more α-1, 4 linked D- glucopyranose unites. In coloring chemistry,they can be used to increase the colorant stability and improve the reform and usage properties of the colorant products. They are useful in waste water reduction and the molecule-responsive color change indicator construction.
