摘要
采用正交实验法考察了硝酸浓度、加热温度和加热时间对多壁碳纳米管 (MWCNs)粗产物纯化效果的影响 ;利用透射电镜 (TEM)、X 射线粉末衍射 (XRD)和磁化率测量对纯化产物进行表征 ;得到纯化实验的优化条件为 :加热温度 6 0℃ ,加热时间 4h ,硝酸浓度 2mol/L。在优化条件下 ,纯化收率可以达到 90 %以上 。
The effects of the concentration of nitric acid,heating temperature and time on the results of purification of raw multi wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNs) were investigated by the orthogonal experimental method.The purified MWCNs were characterized by means of transmission electron microscope(TEM),X ray diffraction(XRD) and the magnetic susceptibility measurements.The optimal conditions of purification experiments,obtained from the orthogonal experiments,are that heating temperature is 60℃,heating time is 4h,and the concentration of nitric acid is 2mol/L.Under such conditions,the yield of pure raw MWCNs is higher than 90% and most of the transition metals can be removed.
