摘要 对过程实施统计质量控制的基本假设前提是观测值彼此统计独立,但是实际工作中经常出现过程的观测值存在自相关的现象,本文在简单介绍残差控制图的基础上,分析了自相关过程统计控制状态的含义,给出了自相关过程实施质量控制的途径。 Traditional statistical process control (SPC) methodology is based on a fundamental assump-tion that process data are statistically independent. This assumption is frequently invalid in many manufactur-ing processes combined with frequent sampling. This paper will introduce the residual chart, analyze the meaning of state in control for autocorrelated process and propose the approach of how to diagnose the state in control for autocorrelated process and how to keep the autocorrelated process in control.
