摘要
主要介绍XRF熔融法测定钒渣中的钒 ,方法具有快速、准确、简便的特点。用合成标样和内控标样作标准样品绘制工作曲线 ,采用PH校正模式对谱线重叠和基体吸收 -增强效应进行校正 ,同时对校正项优化处理。XRF熔融法测定钒渣中钒范围为 0 2 %~ 15 % ,满足测定要求。
