摘要
贵溪冶炼厂针对试金炉运行过程中存在的弊病 ,对试金炉的控制系统和炉体结构进行了改造。实践证明 ,经过改造的试金炉整体性能有了大幅度提高 ,温控系统先进、效果好 ,硅碳棒使用寿命长 ,设备故障率低 ,便于操作和维护 ,经济效益好。
To eliminate the disadvantages existed in operation of fire assay furnace in Guixi Smelter,its control system and structure was retrofitted.The overall performance of retrofitted fire assay furnace had been improved remarkably,with advanced and effective temperature control system,long life of carbon silicon bar,lower failure rate,and easy operation and maintenance.A good economic result had been achieved.
