摘要
研究报道了 X- 5树脂吸附和分离萝卜红色素的方法。试验结果表明 :在 p H 3 .0~ 5 .0时 ,树脂 X- 5对萝卜红色素具有较强的吸附能力和吸附选择性 ,其吸附容量为 82 .6 mg/g树脂 ,吸附平衡时间 3 0 min,X- 5树脂对产生萝卜异味的萝卜苷几乎不吸附。同时用 5 0 %的乙醇溶液洗脱 ,可获得 90 .8%以上的萝卜红色素。用该工艺生产的色素产品为深红色粉状 ,色价比国家标准提高了 1
In this paper,one method was reported of adsorbing and separating red pigment from Radish with X 5 resin.The result show:at pH 3.0~5.0,X 5 resin has more strong adsorption capacity,which adsorption capacity is the 82.6 mg/g resin,and the equilibrium time is 30 min,and adsorption selectivity,which hardly adsorb Radish glueoside which smells peculiarly.Furthermore,eluted with 50% ethanol from X 5 resin,radish red pigment can be gotten more than 90.8% of that all.The pigment produced by this technological process is dark red powder,and which chrominance is 13 times more than that of National criteria (GB6718 1986).
