摘要
目的 探讨利多卡因和 P物质 ( SP)在大鼠扣带束及周围灰质 ( CB/CT)的痛觉调制作用。方法 采用热板和机械压力实验法以 SD大鼠后爪缩爪反应潜伏期 ( HWL)作为痛阈指标 ,观察右侧 CB/CT微量注射利多卡因和 SP对正常大鼠双侧 HWLs的作用。结果 CB/CT注射 1 .0 μl2 %利多卡因 ,大鼠对热板 ( P <0 .0 0 1 )和机械压力 ( P <0 .0 0 1 )的双侧 HWLs明显增加 ;CB/CT注射0 .1 2 5 nmol、0 .2 5 nmol或 0 .5 nmol SP,大鼠对热板的双侧 HWL明显增加 ( P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,且呈量效关系 ;注射 0 .5 nmol SP,大鼠对机械压力双侧 HWL明显增加 ( P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,而注射 0 .1 2 5 nmol或0 .2 5 nmol SP双侧 HWL无显著性差异 ( P >0 .0 5 )。结论 CB/CT参与痛觉调制过程 ;利多卡因有抗伤害作用而
Objective To explore the responses of cingulum bundle and surrounding cortical tissues to nociceptive stimulations in rats after the injection of lidocaine and substance P(SP).Methods The hindparw withdrawal latency (HWL) in the hot plate test and in the mechanical pressure test was used as an index of pain threshold.The effects of lidocaine and SP on HWL were observed after the microinjections in the right lateral position.Results Injection of 1μl of 2% lidocaine led to obvious bilateral increase in HWLs in the hot plate test and in the mechanical pressure test(P<0.01).Respective injections of 0.125 nmol,0.25nmol and 0.5nmol of SP produced obvious increase in HWL in the hot plate test(P<0.01).An injection of 0.5 nmol of SP resulted in significant bilateral increase in HWL in the mechanical stimulation test(P<0.01),while 0.125 nmol or 0.25nmol of SP led to no signifcant change in bilateral HWL(P>0.05).Conclusion Cingulum bundle and surrounding cortical tissues respond to the nociceptive stimulations in rats.Lidocaine can improve analgesic effects and SP can led to hyperalgesia.
