摘要
对转Bt基因抗虫杂交棉皮棉产量的选择指数进行了分析。结果表明 ,由皮棉产量、衣分、单铃重、8.2 0蕾铃受害率组成的 30号选择指数与由皮棉产量、衣分、单株铃数、单铃重、8.2 0蕾铃受害率组成的 31号选择指数具有很大的遗传进度 ,分别比仅有皮棉产量选择的效率提高 1 9.5 1 0 %和 2 0 .780 %。衣分、单株铃数、单铃重、8.2 0蕾铃受害率单独对皮棉产量的增产作用不大 ,但与皮棉产量组成选择指数时 。
Selection indices of lint cotton yeild of transgenic Bt pest resistant hybrid cotton were analysed.The results showed that the No.30 selection index composing of lint cotton yeild ,lint percentage,boll weight and rate of suffering injury of bud and boll on twentith of August and the No.31 selection index composing of lint cotton yeild ,lint percentage,boll numbers per plant,boll weight and rate of suffering injury of bud and boll on twentith of August had great genetic gain and selection efficiency.Comparing to selection index composing of only lint cotton yeild,their selection efficiency were increased by 19.51% and 20.78 %.The effect of lint percentage,boll numbers per plant,boll weight,rate of suffering injury of bud and boll on twentith of August on increase lint cotton yield were not notable alone,but they improved genetic gain and selection efficiency with lint cotton field.
