摘要
变气隙式电容传感器具有灵敏度高、特别适用于微小位移的非接触测量,对被测系统影响小。但其存在非线性,须进行非性补偿。本文介绍了两种较为新颖的非线性硬件补偿方法,电路具有补偿效果好、数字输出、易于实现及成本低等优点,并给出了原理电路。
Variable-gapcapacitance sensor has high sensitivity, specially applying to non-contact measurement of micro displacement, and slightly affecting the system to be measured. However, its nonlinear need be compensated. This article present two new methods of nonlinear hardware compensation. The most obvious advantage of these methods is that the circuits have perfect compensation performance, digital signal output, low cost, and easily to be made. In the article basic circuits are provided as well.
