摘要
提出用谐综合法设计凸轮间歇运动机构的凸轮廓线,可以减低步进段激振造成的停歇段余振响应,从而提高凸轮间歇运动机构的许用转速。对设计方法进行了详细讨论,并有应用计算分析。
A harmonic synthetic method that is applied to design of cam in Cam-intermittent motion mechanism is intro duced. This method can reduce the remaining vibration response in the static phase that is caused by the activating vibration in the motion phase. So, the method can increase allowable rotating speed of Cam-intermittent motion mechanism. The design method is discussed in detail. Calculation and analysis are also presented.
