摘要
设计并制造了一种工矿内燃机车所用 Z12 V190 BJ5等型柴油机检修所需要的翻转架 ,其基本结构包括驱动电机及电路、减速机、回转架、底架等。该翻转架安全可靠 ,可以提供多个合理的检修工位 ,解决了柴油机各个部件的拆检问题 ,并可一机多用 ,是柴油机大修必不可少的工装设备。
The turn over frame for examination and repairation of Z12V190BJ5 series diesel engines used by an industrial diesel loco motive is designed and manufactured.Its basic structures include driving motor a nd circuit,reduction gears,reversing frame and underframe etc.The frame is safe and reliable,it can repair in different positions,therefore,all the parts of en gine can be easy removed and repaired,this machine has multi-purpose and is the essential frock and equipment for diesel engine repair.
