摘要 目的 :评价应用导航系统进行手术的精确性 ,探讨避免或减少误差的措施。方法 :38例患者术前记录标记物及解剖点 2种注册方法的注册误差及导航系统的定位精确度 ,分析 2种注册方法的准确性及可靠性。利用导航显微镜的记忆功能 ,分析导航系统定位精度的持续性、可靠性及导致术中定位误差的因素。结果 :38例患者经CT或 /和MR检查发现 39个病灶 ,在导航显微镜下全切除 ,术后病人症状好转或无变化者 34例 (89.48% ) ,偏瘫 2例 (5 .2 6 % ) ,失语伴偏瘫 1例 (2 .6 3% ) ,偏盲 1例 (2 .6 3% )。结论 :导航系统定位准确 ,在手术过程中定位的精度具有良好的持续性 ,可以帮助缩小骨窗、减少损伤和并发症。 Objective:To evaluate the practicability,accuracy of the neuronavigation system,and discuss the method of reducing and avoiding operation error.Methods:All the operation processes were done under the direction of navigation system.Record the errors of registration and localization using marker and anatomic point,and the value of skull shift pre-craniotomy,post-craniotomy and post-operation by the remember function of the system.Results:38 patients performed the CT orland MR examinations,and found 39 lesions.All the cases took total excision under the navigation microscope and survived after operation.No instances of adversity outcomes attributable to the use of this system.Conclusion:This neuronavigation system has great precision,good duration and reliable during the operation.It can help neurosurgeon to well plan the operation,rapidly and accurately localize the lesion as well as enhance operation quality.
