摘要
面对西部大开发 ,高校图书馆应更新观念 ,建立良好的人才培养机制 ,使图书馆员在繁忙的日常工作的同时还要坚持学习 ,不断提高图书馆员的素质 。
Facing the trend of developing West China,college libraries should adopt new concepts and establish a benign mechanism in training talents,and let librarians go on with their study at the same time of busy daily work.Hence the improvement of the quality of librarians and the better usage of information resources.
