摘要
目的 :研究中药古方血府逐瘀汤及其成分对小鼠整体耗氧量及心肌和脑对缺氧的耐受力等方面的作用。方法 :用物理、化学、药物等方法制备急性缺氧动物模型 ,对血府逐瘀汤的抗缺氧作用进行研究。结果 :血府逐瘀汤及其成分对物理、化学、药物等方法所制备的急性缺氧动物模型均有抗缺氧作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,其中全方的抗缺氧作用优于单味用药 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :单用具有抗缺氧作用的药物 。
Objective: To study the effects of anti-anoxia of Xuefuzhuyu Tang(XFT) and its ingredients in mice. Methods: Anoxia animal models were used to research the anti-anoxia effect of XFT and its ingredients. Result: XFT and its ingredients are all have the anti-anoxia effects on anoxia animal models caused by physical?chemical or pharmacia substance(P<0.01), and there was a significant difference between the XFT and its ingredients(P<0.05). Conclusion: XFT has significant anti-anoxia effects than its ingredients.
